About
Hiro & Sato LLC
Founded by Hidekazu and Tamiko Kiyono in 2010, Hiro & Sato LLC is a trusted international seafood supplier specializing in premium tuna.
Throughout the year, we provide fresh, locally sourced seafood and carefully selected imports to customers across North America and in international markets, including Japan, Korea, and Israel.
Expertise You Can See in Every Fish
At Hiro & Sato, quality is never left to chance. Every tuna we purchase is personally inspected and graded by our owner or another highly experienced bluefin tuna buyer.
We work closely with a trusted network of professionals whose expertise spans every stage of the seafood industry—from fishing and purchasing to handling, processing, and international distribution. Our team has extensive knowledge of all major tuna species and understands the qualities that determine the value and ideal destination of each fish.
The Right Fish. The Right Market. The Right Time.
Successful seafood distribution requires more than identifying exceptional fish. It demands a thorough understanding of customer preferences, global market conditions, logistics, and currency fluctuations.
By combining this market knowledge with decades of hands-on experience, we are able to identify the best destination for each fish and move it quickly and efficiently—preserving its quality while maximizing its value.
Our mission is simple: to deliver consistently exceptional seafood, dependable service, and the experience our customers need to purchase with confidence.
